Zero or missing usage records are excluded because the held extract does not distinguish every source footnote. Service openings and changes can create very large increases. A journey can count at multiple stations. Methodology and ticket allocation changes affect comparisons; stations without both periods are excluded from changes. Percentage changes require at least 1,000 entries/exits in the baseline year.
