Estimated station entries and exits, not unique travellers, punctuality or service quality. Zero or missing usage records are excluded because the held extract does not distinguish every source footnote. Service openings and changes can create very large increases. A journey can count at multiple stations. Methodology and ticket allocation changes affect comparisons; stations without both periods are excluded from changes. Percentage changes require at least 1,000 entries/exits in the baseline year.
